2. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

The purposes of processing your data will vary depending on the process and means by which we have obtained them:

1. Contact form: the data you provide will be processed to manage your query or request for information about our products and / or services.
2. Newsletter subscription form: the requested data will be processed to send you information about our products and / or services to your email; activities and events that we organize and / or participate; as well as the new content that we publish in the blog.
3. Comments on the blog: the requested data will be processed to manage and publish your comments on the contents of the blog.
4. Form “Work with us”: the data you provide through the curriculum vitae (and other attached documents that we request for each job) will be processed to manage participation in the PUE internal personnel selection processes for which you present yourself.
5. Exam registration form, calendar training and specific activities organized by PUE: the data we request will be processed to manage the registration and subsequent registration to the training activity for which you have been interested.
6. Registration form in the PUE Alumni program: the data you have provided will be processed to manage your registration in the PUE alumni program and benefit from all the advantages of it.
7. Registration form for events organized by PUE: the data you provide will be treated both for the purposes of management, control and statistics of all people registered in the event and to send you commercial communications of other events, activities or services carried out by PUE.
8. Corporate email: the data you provide us will be processed to manage your query or request for information about our products and / or services.
9. Social networks: your user data in our social networks will be treated to talk with you, pay attention to the client when you need it and inform you about the products and / or services of PUE as well as the activities and events that we organize and / or participate; and always with the limits established by the social network for corporate profiles.

3. LEGITIMATION FOR DATA PROCESSING

The legal basis for the processing of your data for purposes 1 to 7 is consent.

The legal basis for the treatment of your data for purposes 8 and 9 is the fulfilment or execution of a contract given your status as a PUE customer. In the case that you are not yet a client, the legal basis to process your data is the legitimate interest of PUE to be able to offer information and / or the possibility of contracting our products and / or services to those who request it.

4. DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING

Purposes 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 and 9: the data will be kept for a minimum period of twelve months under the regulation of data retention related to electronic communications and public communications networks, up to the period provided by the regulations to deal with the exercise and defense of claims.

Purpose 4: the data provided will be kept for three months and, in case of overcoming the selection process and becoming part of the PUE workforce, they will be kept for the duration of the employment relationship and, once finalized, during the period foreseen the regulations to deal with the exercise and defense of claims.

Purposes 5 and 6: the data will be kept for six years for the fulfilment of our fiscal and administrative obligations derived from the inscriptions to our activities and training programs; as well as during the period established by the regulations to deal with the exercise and defense of claims.
